I started GL Sports Therapy in 2016. Alongside my PGCE (Post Grad in Education) I completed my Level 3 Sports Massage diploma through the Sports Massage Academy who gave me a great insight into the principles of sports massage therapy. In 2017, I then completed my level 4 in order to enhance my skills and provide my clients with a better service.

Since 2016, my passion for this industry has markedly increased and my main aim is to help others and to promote their well-being. During the 2020 lockdown I also enhanced GL Sports Therapy’s services by opening the Performance Room in order to make a differences in my clients lives through training. It gives me great satisfaction knowing that I make differences in people’s lives and this further fuels my motivation in doing more.

I am a strong believer in promoting both physical and mental health. We aim to deliver a tailor-made service taking the individual into account. Through a thorough consultation, we make an effort to know each and everyone of my clients so that they receive the full benefit of our services and to allow them to feel the change. To get a further insight to how we work at GL Sports Therapy please follow our social media accounts on both Facebook and Instagram.

GL Sports Therapy strives to deliver a unique tailor made experience taking into account individual factors and needs.
